Associate Professor Bernd Burgstaller

I'm Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science at Yonsei University. My research interests include programming languages, parallel computing on multicore architectures, and embedded systems. Before joining Yonsei University in 2007, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Sydney. I received my PhD in static program analysis from Vienna University of Technology in 2005.

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the ELC Lab and an instructor in the University College at Yonsei University. My research interests include memory architectures, processing-in-memory (PIM), and processor architectures. I received my PhD in memory architectures and prefetcher design from Yonsei University in 2021.
